SPARTA BOOTCAMP

These are medium to high-intensity gym classes, offering an unique edge to those who loves a good sweat, the classes include lifting, resistance training and functional movements!

Each class starts with an overview of the workout structure and exercise demos and modifications. Fun Scale 10/10, Intimidation Scale 0/10

SPARTABOX

Our boxing classes include all of the components that SPARTAFIT thrives on with a boxing twist – it is a decent boxing workout with minimal rest, kickboxing and pad work at times, having your own gloves and wraps are essential.

If you’re a beginner or prefer to just get to work, this what you need. Get in, get moving and learn to box!
