What I hate to see on the board: 400m runs
Biggest transformation I’ve experienced as a result of being with PF: I’ve just started so it’s a little too early to be expecting serious results yet, but I am enjoying getting into a good fitness routine.
Most memorable SPARTA moment: the camaraderie and encouragement from others is great.
What others do not know about you: That I’ve completed a 23-day trek in the Himalayas, with my hubby Sean and our daughter who was 8 at the time.
Favourite meal: Anything with really fresh, flavoursome ingredients – Asian fusion’s pretty delish!
Favourite quote: And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.
