Under the current climate, many are averting from sweating it out in a public chain gym where hundreds of strangers come and go, and doing online workouts was fun for a minute but the novelty quick worn off..

Our small groups are designed with social distancing in mind. Contact tracing has been implemented since the inception of SPARTAFIT through our in depth interview system and the state of the art member software like zen planner.
