At Revolution We Offer A Range Of Classes. Yoga, Pilates, Core Strength and Movement Rehabilitation
Yoga. It’s a great way of exercising to build up a stonger body and enable the elimination of toxins by practicing breathing techniques (pranayama) and poses (asanas). Yoga is not just helpful physically but also mentally, as it is great for clearing the mind and is loved by many for meditative/spiritual practice.
Revolution is overjoyed to be able to offer 5 different classes (all at varying levels) in their bright and sunny Northcote Studio.
Yoga class types
Pilates is a workout that gets results and is low impact. It focuses on the core muscles of your body, such as the abdomen, obliques, lower back, inner and outer thighs, glutes, and so on. Pilates develops strength, balance, body awareness & flexibility, and so on. It is super useful for helping with recovery of back pain and other injuries with its ability to strengthen the affected area.
Classes of all levels are available at Revolution’s Northcote studio.
Knowing where to start can be daunting, so if you are unsure, come along to any class and let the teacher know your experience level. From there, they can make sure you are well looked after. We even have the option to book in for private lessons. With a complimentary chat, the teacher can advise you on your current level as well as personal goals and timeframes.
