  1. Goals!!! You’re wasting your energy if you don’t know what you’re working towards.
  2. Thinking about fuelling my body with the cleanest food and least impact to the environment. Planning meals and preparing food so I don’t give in and have something bad.
  3. I’ve recently become interested with improving my mindset. I read Ben Bergeron’s “Chasing Excellence” and have a long list of similar books I intend to read this year.
